What! What!?

This week had been good. I worked out, I ran. I even practiced the workout for the Mamavation 2 Week Challenge. So Friday night, I was hanging out on my laptop while the kids watched Wreck it Ralph. As the movie ended I hopped up to put the kids to bed and suddenly everything was spinning. I stumbled into the hallway. I kept falling over, and all I could think was what is this!? Apparently I was having an episode of vertigo. It was terrible! It didn't get better until Saturday evening, which was annoying in and of itself. Add to this the terrible abdominal cramping I began having Saturday morning. My day was wrecked. I was certain this was a derailment. But Sunday morning, I awoke and felt absolutely fine. And not only that, when I weighed in I was greeted with some very happy numbers! I lost 3.2 lbs in the last week...bringing my total weight loss thus far to 17 lbs!! Everyone do a happy dance! I am sooo excited that this is working, and not only is it working, but I'm fitting into things I haven't worn recently and I am feeling good! I still have a lot of work to do, but I am feeling super motivated about it, and super optimistic that my goals are not only within reach, but perhaps rather than hitting a weight loss goal, I will hit an all time body awesomeness. Yes I just made that up. Good things are happening!
